Greg's started at a Gold Coast farmers market with a small smoker and one idea: make smoked food we'd be proud to serve our own family. No fillers, no shortcuts, just good fish, good chicken, and clean German beechwood smoke.

Is it ready to eat or do I need to cook it?

Ready to eat, straight out of the pack, hot or cold. No cooking required.

How long does it last in the fridge?

Around a week and a half in the fridge.

Can I freeze it? Best way to thaw?

Yes, it freezes well. Thaw overnight in the fridge before eating.

Best way to reheat, or do you eat it cold?

All of the above. Pan-fry it gently, toss it through a hot pasta, or eat it straight from the fridge.

Any allergens or ingredients I should know about?

Contains soy (from our marinade) and pepper.

Which days do you deliver, and how will I know when it's coming?

You'll get tracking once your order ships. We're still finalising specific delivery days, so message us if you need a guaranteed window.

Can I order ahead and pick up at a market instead of paying delivery?

Online orders are delivery only, but you can grab a pack in person at any of our markets (see Where to find us above).
